2014

Stage 1 of the Podium opened in 2014 with 12,385m² of retail and commercial space, featuring NSW's largest Woolworths and key local schools like Oran Park Public School.

2020

Oran Park’s first standalone 6-storey commercial building TRN House opens in April. Oran Park High School, Perich Park and Julia Reserve Youth Precinct opens.

2022

Metro North, a unique high-density apartment development, is complete. Metro Central 1-3 bedroom apartments are on sale, both located moments from The Podium shopping precinct.

2024

Stage 2 of The Oran Park Podium adds new amenities and retail, enhancing the visitor experience and solidifying its status as a premier destination in the Macarthur region.

2026+

Urban Resort Hotel to open on Podium Way with 184 rooms and the new Western Sydney airport expected to open. Only 15-minute drive to Oran Park Town.

Today, the spirit of Oran Park continues to inspire motorsport enthusiasts, serving as a reminder of the track’s enduring legacy and contribution to Australian motorsport history.

Development Update

As we continue to evolve and grow, our commitment to enhancing the shopping experience remains steadfast. The introduction of Stages 3 and 4 will see an expansion of retail offerings, new amenities including the 184 room Atura Hotel, and services. Our development initiatives are aimed at creating a dynamic and inclusive destination for the community. With careful consideration for sustainability and modern design principles, we strive to ensure that Oran Park Podium reflects the evolving needs and preferences of our visitors.
